join me as i celebrate a youtube milestone. a video i posted in february 2022 has surpassed 1000 views. i thought it would be fun to honour this occasion by creating a handmade sketchbook… using handmade paper.

maybe.

i’m worried that the quality of the handmade paper will turn out more like paper towel, than quality handmade paper. so i will also be creating a sketchbook made from a sheet of 22″x30″ paper in tandem, which will become the mail of the month.

for december’s mail, i’m creating a soft-cover bound sketchbook.

spoiler alert: the handmade paper feels very thin, the quality is not great but it did bind together well, making it feel a little bit stronger than i gave it credit for.
